Our Purpose:

To empower parents with the knowledge and tools to elevate their thoughts, feelings, and actions so that they create a positive future for themselves and the next generation.

OUR STORY

We started ParentPlaybook with a heartfelt vision to improve the world by strengthening relationships between parents and children—increasing the happiness and love enjoyed within families.

Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: Parents frequently feel lost and alone as they navigate the daunting challenges faced by their families.

Our co-founder and COO, Bruce Hymas, saw this first hand while attending a parenting conference. Following an incredible, extremely insightful presentation, one particular presenter made herself available to answer attendees’ questions. The line got so long that many people were willing to wait hours for a chance to visit. Bruce was struck by how long some parents were willing to wait after already receiving a lot of helpful information, but why?

The answer is simple. Parents want custom answers to address their specific challenges. As human beings, we are all unique. And every child and family circumstance comes with unique challenges. What might work for one situation may not work for another. Parents want  answers from credible sources that will have the best chance of achieving the results they desire. We started ParentPlaybook to solve that problem for parents and their families.

ParentPlaybook empowers parents by helping them curate custom parenting content for each of their children. Users can easily find, save and share articles and advice according to their kids’ specific needs and then collaborate with family, friends and professionals to solve their most challenging parenting scenarios. Our app supplements parents’ research with content suggestions based on machine learning and AI. In the future, users will be able to connect to a therapist, counselor or parenting coach in a telehealth engagement right inside the platform.

Our goal is simple. We want all parents to enjoy parenting! When they do, families everywhere will thrive.
